Data we process
The server may record connection logs including IP address, request time, requested resource, response code and browser information.
When you contact us by email, we process the information in your message. Recruitment correspondence may also contain CV and application data.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical logs are processed for security, diagnostics and reliable operation based on our legitimate interests.
Correspondence is processed to respond, conduct business discussions or take steps before a contract. Recruitment data is processed under applicable employment law, pre-contractual steps, consent or legitimate interests, depending on the data and process.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use no analytics, advertising or profiling tools. The CDN and security provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies when required to protect the website, prevent abuse or deliver content. Technic-System does not use them to profile users.
Videos and images are delivered from Technic-System infrastructure. If consent-based technology is added later, it will remain blocked until consent and this policy will be updated.
Recipients and retention
Technical data may be processed by home.pl S.A., our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., our CDN and security provider, and authorised IT suppliers.
Data is retained only as long as required for security, handling correspondence, recruitment and legal claims.
External services
The Google Maps directions link transfers you to Google only after you click it. Google's privacy terms then apply.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw consent.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
